Mrs. Dora Pursell Passed Away Sun.

Funeral Services Held Wednesday with Rev. C. A. Kepler Officiating

Mrs. Dora Pursell died Sunday morning at the Bottineau hospital, at the age of 85 years. She had been a patient there since June, when she underwent an operation for a leg amputation. Funeral services were held from the M. E. Church on Wednesday afternoon, with Rev. C. A. Kepler officiating. Interment was made in Lansford cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were, Harold Flom, Otis Tossett, Emil Vedevig, Bryan Dean, James Jordy, and John Abernathy.
Dora Border was born at Sullivan, Indiana, on August 22, 1851. She was married to Ruel Pursell in 1870. She came to North Dakota in 1912, and made her home with her children here.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. John Oss of Lansford; and four sons, Elmer of Clinton, Indiana; Charles and Henry of Dexter, Mo.; and John of Lansford. Also 24 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
