RANDOLPH, N.J. - Christopher Gerard Maxwell, of Randolph, N.J., formerly of La Grange, died of Muscular Dystrophy at age 39 and went home to be with the Lord on December 1, 2007. He was the beloved grandson of the late Lenton and Cora Wade Moye. He is survived by his mother, Geraldine Maxwell of Randolph, N.J., and two devoted sisters, Antoinette Maxwell Williams of La Grange and Benita Maxwell Fields of Rocky Mount. He is also survived by a special cousin, Lynne Wooten Mitchell, of Woodbridge, Va.; two uncles, Roger B. Moye of Grifton and Lenton Murphy Moye of La Grange; three aunts, Julia Moye Wooten of La Grange, Dr. Janet Moye Cornick of Columbia, Maryland and Dorothy Moye Kearney of Warrenton, N.C.; and one great uncle, James Woodrow Wade, of Peekskill, N.Y. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Friday, December 7, 2007, at La Grange Funeral Service, 111 West Railroad Street, La Grange. The family will receive family and friends at the family home place. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 8, 2007, at St. Mary Free Will Baptist Church, 311 Arba Jason Road, La Grange. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, La Grange.
