Kopper, Lucille E., 87, departed this life for the next on March 23, 2011. She was born on Nov. 6, 1923 to Roy and Letha (Curtis) Murphey in Scott County, KS. Visitation will be Sun., 2-6 p.m. at Hillside West, 2929 W. 13th St. North, Wichita, with celebration of life services 11 a.m. Mon. at the First Mennonite Brethren Church, 8000 W. 21st north, Wichita. Interment will be Tues. 11:30 a.m. at Cimarron Township Cem., Cimarron, KS. Lucille is survived by 7 children: Judy (Don) Warkentin, Loren (Darla) Kopper, Jeanette (Mike) Smith, Marcia (Richard) Sigley, Marilyn Kopper, Randy Kopper, and Janice Kopper (Janet Boyce), 25 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 siblings, husband Richard, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
