Beloved Father of three daughters Karla, Linda, and Donna, wife of Helen. Son of Ray Ervin and Annie May Lanning.

It's hard to write a biography of your family, but my father grew up in Olustee, Oklahoma, he met and married Helen Elaine Lott and they were married May 18, 1940 in Victory, Oklahoma. Steve worked for Guy James Construction Company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and we traveled to a lot of States, he was a Carpenter and built bridges, he quit Guy James and moved to Borger, and than they moved to Amarillo, Texas, where he worked for Given and Terril, he retired at the age of 63. He lived outside of town raising pigs, and goats, something to keep him busy it kept him young. He was 90 years old and passed away from Lung Cancer.

His Services were at North Amarillo, Church of Christ, were he was a member.

"Gone But Not Forgotten, Rest in Peace Daddy", we miss and love you, and Mother.
