She died with 14th child Fred, the head stone was made from a marble dresser top, both were buried together in a field on the farm. According to her grand daughter Carrie Ellen Wilson Riser 1890-1987, Hephzibah spoke German. Most like she was told this by her father Thomas Bates Wilson who was six when his mother died.
