Paul E. Portman, 100, of Punta Gorda, Fla., and formerly of Henrietta Township, died Saturday at his home.
He was born in 1892 in Henrietta Township and moved to Punta Gorda 19 years ago.
He was a farmer
Survivors include a daughter. Doris Kolbe of North Carolina; a son Russell Portman of Indiana; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Clara E. (nee Leimbach), and his second wife, Edna (nee Bacon).
Services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church through the Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home Inc., 5200 Indian Springs Rd., P.O. Box 1357, Punta Gorda, Fla. The funeral Home is handling arrangements.
