Born in Yorktown, Mrs. Johnson had lived in Delaware County all her life. She was a member of the Chevrolet-Muncie Sympathy Club Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, Herman A.; one daughter, Mrs. Jack (Janice) Gooding, Muncie; three sons, Robert M. Ellison, Wabash, Eugene Ellison, Tulsa, Okla.; and James Johnson, Cincinnati; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Yingling and Mrs. Hester Hall, both of Muncie, and Mrs. Dorothy Smith, Columbus; one brother, George McKinley, Anderson; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday in Parson Mortuary by Rev. Ferris E. Miller. Burial will be in Yorktown Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary 2-9 p.m. Sunday and prior to the services on Monday.
