Visiting at Winnfield Funeral Home, 1 p.m. Friday until religious services at 8 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Leon Richardson. Dismissal at 9 a.m. Saturday. Burial in Stockade Cemetery , Highland Road. Survived by mother, Elnora Williams, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Ebonique Michelle Minor, Baton Rouge; a son, Phillip Ruffin Minor, Baton Rouge; grandmother, Anna Liza Minor, Baton Rouge; three sisters, Ruby M. Stewart and Diane M. Penn, both of Baton Rouge, and Joyce A. Daniels, Overland Park, Kan.; three brothers, Raymond Williams, Kansas City, Mo., Andrew Minor, Sacramento, Calif., and U.S. Army Sgt. Michael J. Williams, Baumholder, Germany; and a godchild, Buford Hall. Preceded in death by father, grandfather, and a great-aunt. Pallbearers will be Raymond Williams, Andrew Minor, Michael Williams, Michael Evans and Phillip E. Ruffin.
