"Mrs. Emma Lelia Webb, 88 years of age, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2011 in the Coleman County Medical Center. Emma was born November 7, 1922 in San Saba to George Ivan Watkins and Betty May Graves Watkins. She married James E. Webb June 7, 1946 in San Angelo.

"Emma is survived by 2 daughters and son in law; Gail Harrell of Sweetwater, Patricia & Ray Powers of Snyder, 1 son and daughter in law; Danny & Ann Webb of Ponder, 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

"She was preceded in Death by her Loving husband, both parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother.

"Visitation will be Friday, February 18, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 10:00 A. M. in the Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
