Mr. Frank M. Shearer died at his home near Hidalgo last Saturday after an illness of some time of cancer.
Deceased was a farmer and a teacher, and served two terms as County Superintendent.
He is survived by his widow, who was Miss Cooper, and twelve children, two girls and ten boys. The remains were interred at Shearer Valley, Sunday.
