Louis d. Boeckel, 70, Locust, died of a heart attack while fishing in a boat off Highlands early Tuesday morning.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Isabella Boeckel; three daughters, Mrs. George Cotton and Mrs. William Wren, both of Fair Haven, and Mrs. John Erines of Bloomfield; a son, Thoma Boeckel, and a sister, Mrs. George Sherman of Red Bank.

Services will be held tomorrow afternoon in All Saints church, with Rev. Weston Grimshaw, pastor of Highlands Episcopal church, officiating, and interment will be in All Saints cemetery under the direction of the Posten funeral home.
