I, 7th Me., was admitted Aug. 10, 1862. He rejected all nourishment and was sustained by injections of milk, brandy and beet-tea. He vomited frequently a dark greenish, fetid liquid; there was no fever nor diarrhoea: the alvine evacuations were slight and infrequent. He died September 1. -- Act. Ass't Surg.
