Robert C. Aylor, 84, of 2203 Grandview Ave., a retired Wabash railroad car repairman, died at 1:15 p.m., May 10, 1955, at St. John's hospital where he had been a patient since April 20.
Mr. Aylor was born in Missouri and came to Springfield from Hannibal, Mo. about 40 years ago.
He leaves his wife, Mary D.; a son, Eugene, of Paris, Mo.; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Remains were at Ellinger & Kunz funeral home where funeral services were held.
Burial in Roselawn cemetery.
