Kenneth Ray Pike, age 74, of Elkhorn died there on Sunday, April 6, 2014 after an illness.
He was born in Taylor County on June 14, 1939 to the late Omer and Marie Wooldridge Pike. A retired truck driver, he was a member of the Knifley Area Volunteer Fire Department, the Campbellsville-Taylor County Rescue Squad and the Taylor County Sheriff's Department.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Katherine Pike, Nellie Webb, Edna Reed and Mary Ann Clark.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 8th at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, Campbellsville with burial to follow in Robinson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 7th at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy may take the form contributions the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Gideon Bibles.
