MILDRED E. JAMES, 76, of Memphis, formerly of Saulsbury, Tenn., retired teacher, died Monday at Methodist Hospital. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Saulsbury Cemetery. Shackelford Funeral Home in Bolivar, Tenn., has charge. She was a Methodist and a member of Order of the Eastern Star and Retired Teachers Association. She had taught at Treadwell High School for almost 40 years.
Mrs. James, the widow of Edward James, leaves a niece and a nephew. The family requests any memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
