Earl Clare Frost was born August 16, 1899 in Oregon City Oregon. He was the son of Clarence A. Frost and Eva Dean Frost. He married Avis Lucille McCormack August 18, 1933. They were parents of Jack, and Jacqueline Sue Frost. Earl worked in the paper making industry in Oregon. He served in the US Navy during WWII. He was in the hospital in Oregon City when a power outtage occurred during the October storm, his ventilator shut off and he passed away. He is at rest in Willamette National Cemetery.
