VEGA - Pauline Joyce Trench Greer, 77, of Amarillo died Saturday, March 19, 2011.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Palo Duro Cemetery in Wildorado. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Pauline was born July 10, 1933, in Harmon County, Okla. The Rev. Herron baptized her in Vinson, Okla., in 1946. She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1951. Pauline had lived in Oldham County for more than 45 years before moving to Amarillo five years ago.
She married Roy Edward Greer in Clovis, N.M., on June 24, 1952.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Mackay and Lola Long Trench; brothers, Harold Jean and Lester Narva; a sister, Lena Mae Timmons; her husband, Roy E. Greer; and a daughter, Crystal Elayne Hilliard.
Pauline is survived by her children, Roy E. Greer and wife Laura, Teresia Caldwell and William Greer and wife Jo, all of Amarillo, and Phillip Greer and wife Sherri of Vega; sisters, Annie Wallace and Barbara Trench, both of Amarillo, Brenda Wright of Oklahoma City, Merla Kidd of Shamrock and Verla McAlexander of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Cynthia Warren, Heather Castillo, Matthew Greer, Lynsie Stocker, Alisha Caldwell, B.J. Greer, Jesse Greer and Brandon Greer; and great-grandchildren, Olivia Springs, Faith Castillo, Justin Peters, Conner Warren, MaKylla and Maranda Stocker and Brantley Greer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
