Edward Doyle, 77, of Beallsville, died in Washington Hospital Thursday, May 18, 1961, of injuries received in an auto accident in U.S. Route 40 East, May 11,.
He was born November 19, 1888, at Fredericktown, a son of Dennis and Eliza Donson Doyle. He was a member of Beallsville Presbyterian Dhurch and a retired employee of the Pittsburgh Mercantile Company.
Surviving are his wife, Edna Snyder Doyle, Beallsville; one daughter, Mrs. Sheldon Ames, Beallsville; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Amos, Beallsville, and Mrs. Laura Lipscomb, Fredericktown R.D.1, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
