Megan Geane Cooper, 21, a resident of Jay, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, March 14, 2011 in Vinita, Oklahoma. She was born on February 5, 1990 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Megan graduated from Jay High School in 2008 and had attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah.

Megan was an amazing, loving and devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. She was the epitome of determination. Megan never lived a dull moment with her children and as well as her many hobbies and activities that she participated in. She enjoyed photography, making and designing everything from scrapbooks to dresses and hair bows for her daughter Keegan and baking cookies and brownies with her son Kyan. She was loved greatly by her nephew Tanner, who called her ‘Aunnie'. She spent a great deal of time outdoors with animals that she was always passionate about. She had ingrained her love and personality into everyone that knew or met her.

She is survived by her husband Kyle Cooper, two children Kyan Cooper,3 and Keegan Cooper,2. Her parents Joe 5 III and Stephanie Lee of Jay, brothers Joe 5 Lee IV of Neosho, Missouri, Terry Crow and Ronald Lee both of Jay, Ok, sisters Tiffany Revas of Jay, Ok, Norrelle Crow of Bentonville, Arkansas, Lorren Hedgepath, and Kimberly Deason both of Afton, Ok. Paternal Grandparents Chestine Lee of Jay, Ok, Maternal grandparents Ann "MeMa" and Virgil Cooper, of Tahlequah, Ok. Nephew Tanner Revas of Jay,Ok. Nieces Elizabeth Hedgepath and Isabella Deason, both of Afton, Ok. Aunt Marcy McBride of Plano, TX and Uncle Duce Lee of Broken Bow, Ok. Along with mentor Shiela Sturges.

She was preceded in death by brother Kyle Lee, Paternal Grandfather Joe 5 Lee II of Jay, Ok. Maternal Grandfather Leon Scudder, of Chelsea, Ok.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Jay.

Funeral services for Megan and her Brother Kyle will be 2:00 PM Friday, March 18, 2011 at the Bulldog Arena at Jay High School with Pastor Ronnie Swadley officiating. Interment will follow at the Zena Cemetery under the direction of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay.
