Dora Aragon, age 89, a resident of Bernalillo went to prepare a place for us in heaven with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 16, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Premetivo (Tivo) Aragon. Dora is survived by two sons, Robert Aragon and wife Del Marie of Bernalillo, Tim Aragon and wife Colleen of Los Lunas; four daughters, JoElene and husband Luis Garcia, Darlene and Jose "Biggie" Mora, Grace Padilla and husband Frank, Crystal Gonzales-Aragon and husband Patrick all of Bernalillo; 10 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Cordelia Dorrance, Mary Martinez, and Frances Escarcida; two brothers, Marty (Sonny) Montoya and Johnny Montoya; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Dora was a loving mother and grandmother, she touched the lives of everyone she knew and will be greatly missed. Visitations will be Sunday, March 20, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final viewing will be Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. also at Our Lady of Sorrows, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho. Casket bearers will be Thomas Austin, Lorenzo Sierra, Billy Garcia and Billy Garcia Jr., Wilbert Bruce III and Mark Mora.
