Glenda Blint
Glenda Jean Blint, 52, of 417 Main St., New London, died at 6:08 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 1996, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.
Born Dec. 8, 1943, in Des Moines County, she was the daughter of Glen and Margaret Louise Woodsmall Buxton. On June 25, 1961, she married Harvey Lee Blint Sr. in Denmark. He died Aug. 6, 1992.
Mrs. Blint was a graduate of Danville High School. She worked as a nursing assistant.
She was a member of Denmark Congregational Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Cari Kraft of Burlington and Michele Murphy of Tiffin; two sons, Harvey Lee Blint Jr. of Burlington and Eric Blint of New London; and several grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Chapel in New London.
The funeral for Mrs. Blint will be 10 a.m. Monday at Elliott Chapel, with the Rev. Rod Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Williamson Cemetery, Denmark.
