He graduated from high school in 1965 in Lake City, MN, & served in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1974 as a weatherman aboard the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Mike married Patricia Murphy in Toppenish, WA, June 22, 1975. He owned & operated General Plumbing Company in Bellingham, WA, from 1983 to January 2011.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Philip and Barbara, brother, Phil & sister, Debbie.
Mike went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 12, 2011.
A funeral service will be held Friday, March 18, 1:30 p.m., First Baptist Church, 5759 Vista Dr., Ferndale, WA, Burial with Military Honors following at Enterprise Cemetery, Ferndale.
