George D. Harley, 68, a retired farmer, died at 10 p.m., Tuesday, April 1, 1952 at his home on North James Street, Milford, Indiana. Cause of death was a heart condition with which he had been afflicted for three years.
He was born April 6, 1883 in Argos, IN to Abraham and Sophia Swihart Harley. On February 22, 1906 in Bourbon IN he married Miss Mellie Magdalene Gaskill. In 1933, they moved from the Atwood community to the New Paris community. Three years ago they retired to Milford.
