Willie Henry Lowe Rites at Childress
CHILDRESS, Oct. 4 - Funeral services for Willie Henry Lowe, 52, who died about 6 p.m. Tuesday in Childress General Hospital of injuries suffered in an automobile accident near here early in the afternoon, were conducted Thursday in Newberry Chapel. The Rev. Joe Allen, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiated.
Burial followed in Childress Cemetery. Mr. Lowe, a resident of Childress since 1946, moved here from Oklahoma and was engaged in the paint contracting business.
Survivors include one son, William Lowe of Childress; two daughters, Mrs. Frances Lively and Mrs. Dondra Robicheaux, both of Houston; one brother, Carl Lowe, Riverbank, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Gee of Pasadena, Tex., Mrs. Alpha Kogin [sic] of Glendale, Calif., and Mrs. Maggie Robbins, Stillwater, Okla., and three grandchildren.
