She was born November 1, 1925, in Transylvania County, North Carolina to the late Lewis E. Cash and Cora Alexander Cash. In addition to her parents a sister, Mae Cash Cloer, also predeceased her.
A funeral service was held on Saturday March 5, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Mc all Memorial Chapel at Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion.
Visitation was one hour prior to the service.
Burial followed at Oak Grove Cemetery, Marion, N. C.
