My family erected his monument in addition to those of his mother, Carrie E. Collins Porter and father, William S. Porter, also in Oakwood Cemetery. The father, who died before the others, is buried in another part of the cemetery. We placed the marker on the lot and space number found in the Oakwood Cemetery records. His last name was entered incorrectly as Potor instead of Porter. Thank you.
