She was the daughter of the late Oren Allan and Elsie Vertrude Andrews Walker. She was proceeded in death by her husband Robert O. Whisner two sisters Wilma Miller,and Audrey Larry and a brother David Allan Walker.Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law Terri and Gilbert Waddell Aliquippa and Karen Whisner and her fiance Mark Lineberry Aliquippa three sons and a daughter-in-law Gary Whisner Aliquippa ,William Whisner California City, Calif.and Robert and Janet Whisner Rochester four grandchildren Jennifer Whisner,Gary Whisner Jr. Stephanie Waddell and Brianna Whisner and a sister June Goetz of Cumberland Maryland.
