Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Childress Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Sims of Calvary Baptist Church officiating and the Rev. Jim McCurley of First Baptist Church assisting. Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral Home.
Mr. Epps was born in Turnersville. He had been a self-employed heavy equipment operator for 25 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church and an avid fisherman.
He married Beth Foard in 1940 at Childress.
Survivors include his wife; a sister, Bonnie English of Wichita Falls; and a brother, D.C. Epps of Canyon.
