Funeral services for Mrs. Wade Hampton, Jr., 26, will be held at the Skinner Chapel Wednesday at 7 p.m., with the Rev. E.P. Day, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Mrs. Hampton, a resident of Edinburg for several years, became seriously ill last week. She was taken to a San Antonio hospital Friday and died there Friday night.
Survivors include her husband; two children, James, five years and Lindy Mae, five months; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Berryhill of Alamo; three sisters and two brothers. Interment in Hillcrest Memorial Park will follow the services at the Chapel.
