He is preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Helen Oliver; brothers, Joe A. and Billy R. Oliver; and sister, Carol Oliver Lowery.
Terry is survived by sons, Russell A. and Michael D. Oliver; sister, Barbara Harris; nieces, nephews and 6 grandchildren.
Terry was a retired veteran of the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer with 39 years of service. Terry then worked at Sam's Wholesale Club for 18 years.
Viewing will be from 4-8PM, Monday 3/14/2011. Services to celebrate his life will be 10:00AM, Tuesday 3/15/2011 at Vondel Smith South in OKC. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Shawnee at 12:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shawnee Youth Athletic Association, PO Box 246, Shawnee, OK 74802-0246.
