The deceased was born in this city and educated in the schools of Chattanooga, later moving to Milledgeville, Ga., where he was engaged in the dry goods business.
Mr. Sacks is survived by his wife; a daughter, Charlene; father, S. Sacks; two brothers, Benjamin and Mose Sacks, all of this city; four sisters, Mrs. David Lyndeman, Hendersonville, N. C.; Mrs. Harry Goldstein, Atlanta; Mrs. I. Saloshin and Mrs. P. M. Kolodkin, both of this city.
Mr. Sacks was a member of the Sharri Zion Congregation. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the chapel of Page-Hancock Funeral Home and interment will follow in the Sharri Cemetery.
