Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Lou (Quinn) Duncan, age 85 will be held on Tuesday May 23, 2023 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Welch officiating with burial to follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 noon until service time at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel.

Mrs. Duncan, a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Jackson, TN. and a retiree of Jackson-Madison Co. General Hospital passed away on Tuesday May 18, 2023 at Savannah Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Savannah, TN.

Mrs. Duncan was preceded in death by her parents James Leonard and Gertie Mae (Rummage) Quinn and a brother Billy Quinn.

Mrs. Duncan is survived by: a daughter Debra Carol Milligan and husband Billy of Michie, TN; two sons Timothy James Melton of Jackson, TN and Ronald Keith Melton and wife Andra of Nashville, TN; a Step-daughter Carol Duncan Plumlee of Milan, TN; a sister Barbara Harris and husband Tom of Jackson, TN; four grandchildren Dr. Scott Harbin, Mallory Ray and husband Eric, Holly Phillips and husband Noah, and Callie Milligan; two great grandchildren Wesley Ray and Adalynn Kate Phillips due in July.
