Joe Kostelecky son of Jerry Kostelecky and Albina Mehulky was born March 19, 1923 in Dickinson, ND. He attended Dickinson schools. He joinen the US Navy WWII and spent some time in the jungles of New Guinea. He married Ludy Kessel July 29, s946 in St. Josephs Church in Dickinson. They had 8 children. He worked for some years at Stark Motor Company in Dickinson. The family later moved to Spokane, Washington. Joe passed away on November 2, 1996 in Spokane.
