Funeral services for Flora Ann Steen, 98, of Goldthwaite, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at First United Methodist Church with the Revs. Sid Spiller and Scott Herren officiating. Burial will follow in Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She died Monday, Nov. 13, 2006, at Hillview Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 2, 1908, in Mills County to James D. and Nancy Annie Ward Brim. On Aug. 28, 1928, she was married to Robert L. Steen in Goldthwaite.
Survivors include a daughter, Jane Ann Johnson of Goldthwaite; four granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law; one granddaughter-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Jim Bob; and a grandson, James Robert.
