LOUISE BENVENUTA LOVISA, 103, of Huntington, W.Va., died Sunday, February 17, 2008, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born December 7, 1904, in Fanna, Italy, a daughter of the late Francesco and Elisa Alessandrini Calderan. She was also preceded by her husband, Alfred M. Lovisa, and two sisters, Irma Petrucco and Ida Alessandrini. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Huntington. She is survived by one son and two daughters, Frank A. Lovisa and his wife Lana, Bruna Lovisa Webb and her husband the late Thomas Webb and Mary Lovisa Neely and her husband Conrad; grandchildren Stephen Lovisa, Julia Lovisa, Nina Tewell (Mike), Eda Lenhart (Andy), Chris Webb, Mark and Stephanie Neely; great-grandchildren Kristina, Bradley, Maddie, Kristin, Emily, Alex, Jenna and Jacob; and a nephew, Joseph Alessandrini. Funeral Liturgy will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2008, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Huntington, by Monsignor Lawrence Luciana, Celebrant. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary, Huntington. Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Heartland of Riverview for their tender care of Louise
