Harold Rivers Campbell was the son of George Colin Campbell and Ruth Lamira Wilson, and twin to Howard. He farmed in Jasper County, and married Mabel S. Briggle on 19 October 1911. They had two sons, Ralph Leonard and Ray WIlson Campbell. He and Mabel lived in Sarcoxie at the time of his death. Harold was the first person to serve as vice-president of the Orr Reunion Association of Mount Vernon, Missouri, which was founded in 1937.
