Clark's Harbour is a town on Cape Sable Island in southwestern Nova Scotia, Canada, located in the Barrington municipal district of Shelburne County.

Randall CLARK was born in Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia, Canada on 1772-09-01. He was the fourth child of Edmund CLARK (1743-11-29) and Rachel J. COFFIN (1749-06-09). He had one brother (Elisha CLARK (1785-02-15)) and five sisters: Miriam CLARK (1767-03-02), Elizabeth CLARK (1768-10-19), Eunice CLARK (1770-10-03), Annie CLARK (1774-11-01), Mary CLARK (1779-06-12).

When he was 49 years old, his father Edmund CLARK died (1822-02-11). When he was 56 years old, his mother Rachel J. COFFIN died (1829-03-02).

On 1797-10-29, he married Phebe BASSETT (1775-07-13) in Yarmouth, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA. He was 25 years old when he married Phebe BASSETT, who was 22 years old at that time. He had four children with Phebe BASSETT: Jonathan CLARK (1798-06-30), Edmund CLARK (1803-06-30), Daniel L. CLARK (1811-01-30), Phebe B. CLARK (1817-08-17).

He died on 1862-09-15 when he was 90 years old. His wife Phebe BASSETT died on 1864-09-01, 2 years after him.
