Isidore "Pik" Pikula, 81, Brainerd, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

He was born May 15, 1920, in Little Falls to Martin and Rose (Wagner) Pikula. He married Margaret Rasinski in August 1941 in Brainerd. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, a World War II veteran who received a Purple Heart, a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion and the Elks.

Survivors include a daughter, Marlene Pikula, Rochester; three brothers, Victor and Marcel, both of Brainerd, and Ambrose, Coon Rapids; and two sisters, Teresa Anderson, Richfield, and Caroline Bible, Brainerd.

His wife; a daughter, Diane Pikula; a son, Thomas Pikula; five brothers, Frank, Fred, Marcus, Floyd and Simon; and two sisters, Verna Christiansen and Magdelynne Schackman, died earlier.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Catholic Church in Brainerd with Father Seamus Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.
