Jacob Rucker,83 years old, business man of Ashland, Ky. Son of Elzaphan and Elizabeth Alley Rucker, passed away Monday, June 26, 1933 at 5:30p.m. at his home, 2901 Carter Ave. Ashland, Ky. His first wife was Isadore Stewart Rucker and one daughter was born in the union. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Eva Winters Rucker; one daughter, Mrs. W.S. Wells; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. George Dent of Ashland and Mrs. George Francisco of Cincinnati; five half sisters, Mrs. Eliza Lewis of Ashland, Mrs. Carrie Carter of Cincinnati, Mrs. Annabele Salmon of Louisa, Ky., Mrs. Sally Duty and Mrs. Lockwood of W.Va.; three half brothers, Richard Rucker of Fort Gay, W.Va., John Rucker of Clifford, Ky., and Elza Rucker of Meadow Creek, W.Va.; an his step-mother, Mrs. Sarah Rucker of Kenova, W.Va. Services held Wednesday,at the Centenary Church. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery
