Hazel Corene Easley, 69, of Cassville died March 15, 2008, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born August 12, 1938, in St. Joseph, Missouri, to Warren and Lucille Taylor Wright.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Easley, in 1966. She grew up and was educated in St. Joseph and holds a bachelor of science degree from Missouri Western State College and worked as a counselor for years. She moved to Cassville in 1992 and worked in home health and was a substitute teacher. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include two sons, Terry Easley and wife, Kim, of Tucson, Arizona, and Brian Easley and wife, Tammy, of Springdale; one daughter, Gina Kelly of Minneapolis; one brother, Bob Wright of St. Joseph; one sister, Patricia Lloyd of St. Joseph; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville with the Rev. James Weaver officiating.
