Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the West Funeral Home Chapel for Noah Wesley Willis, 65, Farm-Market Road, who died Friday in a local hospital.
A Carlsbad resident for 37 years, Willis was born Dec. 12, 1888 in Brown County, Tex. He had been with the Fish and Wildlife Service for 14 years.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Mayo Carpenter of the Hapy Valley Baptist Church and interment will be at Carlsbad Cemetery.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Jessie Mae Willis, a daughter, Rosella Jo Willis, and four sisters, Mrs. Tom Loving, Mrs. Flora Davis, Mrs. Bob Pyeatt and Mrs. W.W. Glaze, all of Carlsbad.
Active pall bearers will be Raymond Walker, Ed Barker, Sam Thomas, Sim Newman, John Lusk and Slick Shaffer.
Honorary pall bearers are Charlie James, Freddie West, Frank Newman, Jack Hall, Francis Johnson, Daniel Magby, Douglas Magby, Darrell Magby, Darwin Magby, Jess Magby, Jerry Ballard, J.L.
