Clinton, Iowa -- Services for Juan-Nita S. "Nita" Brozo, of 927 Ikes Peak Road, will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Clinton. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Private visitation will be Thursday at Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Mrs. Brozo died Monday, June 18, 2001, at Mercy Medical Center-Clinton, North Campus. She was a homemaker. Juan-Nita Benkufsky was born Feb. 27, 1929, in Minneapolis. She married Raymond Brozo in 1951 in Quonset Point, Rhode Island. She served in the Navy from 1949 to 1951. Memorials may be made to Masses. Survivors include her husband, Raymond; daughters, Mary Kelly, Lincoln, Neb., and Susan Faber, Kingston, Ill.; sons, Ramon S. and Lawrence F., both of White Bear Lake, Minn., Joseph E., Charlotte, Thomas P., Clinton, Steven M., Colorado Springs, Colo., and Stanley M., Sweetser, Ind.; 23 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a stepsister, Darlene Carter, San Diego; and stepbrothers, David Danforth, St. Cloud, Minn., Dale Danforth, Hilo, Hawaii, and Dean Danforth, San Diego.
