Had been ill for a year. Died at her residence at 706 Franklin St, Fremont. Was a well known and prominent woman of Fremont. She was the daughter of Henry and Harriet (Hetrick) Auxter.

On August 23, 1883, she was married to Philip Hasselbach. He died in 1903. Sometime after his death, she married William Vogt. He passed on March 13, 1941.

She is survived by children, Arthur and Gertrude Vogt. A son, Clarence, died six years ago. Two sisters, Mrs. Frank Bloom and Mrs Chas. Kiser. Brothers surviving were William Auxter, Tillman Auxter and Perry. She also left six grandchildren.

She was an active member of Grace Lutheran in Fremont. Rev. Tressel conducted the service and burial was In St Pauls, near her old home.
