William O Wallace was a printer (Gary, Indiana 1930), teacher and journalist. He retired to Porter County, IN in 1953. He was Porter County Historian.
He wrote 700 historical columns in the Vidette-Messenger (Valparaiso, IN) known as "The Stroller."
He was married in Chicago 1928 to Eugenia Stoutenburg. No childen.
William and Eugenia died of carbon monoxide poisoning in their garage in Liberty Township, Highway 6, Porter County, Indiana.
