He is survived by his wife Mrs. Rada Burch, Booneville; two brothers, Harvey & James Burch, Booneville, Ky.; six sisters, Mrs. Elma McQueen, Mrs. Sophie Woods & Mrs. Rhoda McQueen, all of Laurel, Indiana; Mrs. Clara King, Taft, KY; Mrs. Henrietta Montgomery, Georgetown, KY; Mrs. Lizzie Ball, Venice, FL
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, 21 Jul. 1969 at Searcy and Strong Funeral Home by the Rev. James Watt & Rev. Garland Singleton. Burial was in the Combs Cemetery Owsley Co., Ky.
