Wife of George Wyatt; Mother of Delilah Wyatt.
My sources: 1) The Wiatt Family of Virginia: the descendants of John Wiatt Jr (1732-1805) of Gloucester County, Virginia, by Alexander Lloyd Wiatt, 1980, page 35. My copy seems to be a draft copy with handwritten notes inline and in the margins. I am told no mention of the Nation/s family is in the printed book. Indeed, on my page 35 - Delilah is named, with NO maiden/surname. I think my source for her maiden/surname was my cousin, Melvin Delaney, who is now deceased. NO, my source was Warren County, Kentucky Marriage Records - picture will be uploaded, but there is a record on Ancestry.com. Her maiden name was NATION/S. Joseph Nations is listed on the marriage bond. His relationship is unknown at this time, but may be her father, a brother, or other relative.
2) Melvin Delaney, now deceased.
3) 1850 Hopkins County, Kentucky Federal Census, stamped page 80, written page 159, Lines 35-39. George Wyatt, Delilah Wyatt, Telitha Knox, Henry C Knox, Valentine Knox.
4) 1810, 1820 & 1830 Hopkins County, Kentucky Federal censuses.
5) Kentucky Death Records, Hopkins County, Kentucky, Mary A(nn) Fox, age 51, parents: George & Delia Wyatt.

I am also told that Hell's Half Acre Cemetery has been renamed, but I haven't found the reference to put the new name up here. A reference on Ancestry.com says the new name is LYNN Cemetery.

In the Comments/Memorials below this was left:
"The 1850 census records Delilah's birth as 1767, which is in step with the births of her children in 1804-1815. Delilah Nations and George Wyatt are named in their children's death certificates later. Nathan Nations was her brother, not her father.

Left by nh42289 on 10 Apr 2020."

Her father is unknown by me at present, but a Joseph Nations is listed on her marriage license; and my research has been stopped for a while - I'm showing Edward Nation/s as her possible father right now. If anyone has proof of her father, please contact me, as the parents need to change. I think it was a suggested edit from someone, and I don't remember attaching them.

The 1850 Hopkins County, Kentucky census, stamped page 80, written page 159, shows her age 83 (b ca 1767), North Carolina, for Delilah's birth, which would be closer to George's age, and in line with her children's births, so I am changing her birth date.
