Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Wilkirson-Hatch Funeral Home Chapel, with Chaplain Jake Riemenschneider officiating. Burial will be in China Spring Cemetery.
Mr. Webb was born May 7, 1929, in China Spring, where he attended school. He was a United States Army veteran of World War II. He worked for Jacobs-Cathey Air Conditioning in Waco.
Survivors include his wife, Billie Ray Webb of China Spring; his mother, Mrs. Warner A. Webb of Waco; daughter, Tracie Webb of Waco; sons, Vincent R. Webb and Warner K. Webb, II, both of Dallas; brother, Tom D. Webb of Houston; and one grandson.
