Adam H. Lahr, sixty-five, of Coatesville, formerly of this city, until two years ago, died yesteday at his home in Coatesvile of heart trouble. He had been ill since February. He resided in this city for many years. He was a block operator on the P. R. R. at Downingtown and formerly in Lancaster. He was a member of the M. E. Church, and is survived by his wife, his stepmother, Mrs. Mary Lahr, Strasburg; and the following brothers and sisters: Maurice and Enos Lahr, both of this city; John Lahr, Ronk; Mrs. Jason Doutrich, Paradise; Mrs. Isaac Smeltz, Strasburg; and Mrs. Clifford Nauman, Buffalo, Nw York. Services will be held at the parlors of Fred Groff, Inc., 234 West Orange Street, on Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, with Interment in the Strasburg Cemetery."
