Osage -- Services for Mrs. Ella Puckett, 82, who died Monday morning at her home east of here, are tentatively set for Wednesday afternoon at the Champion Funeral Home; burial at Burlington on Thursday.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Howard Thoresen and Mrs. Chester Wallace, both of Osage; three sons, William of Osage, Charles of Mason City, and Francis of Burlington; one brother, Thomas Martin of New London; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ella (Grinstead) Puckett was the daughter of Charles Grinstead and Maria (Brown) Grinstead (1925 Iowa Census). She married Samuel Puckett, born in 1881 in Illinois (Kentucky), the son of Benjamin Puckett (1925 Iowa Census).
