Center Point - Addis C Allensworth, 69, a retired Rath Packing Co employee, died at 6:25 pm Wednesday in a Waterloo hospital. He was born June 6, 1898 near Center Point. On June 12, 1939 he was married to Marilyn O Potts. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Jo Anne K Allensworth of Waterloo; 3 sons, Richard D of Waterloo, Ivan Dale of Compton, Calif, and John Donald Allensworth of Torrance, Calif; 5 sisters, Mrs Everett Flake of Houston, Mrs William Hixson of Palisade, Neb, Mrs Dale Fee of Cedar Falls, Mrs Paul Jones of Chicago, and Rose Allensworth of Algonquin, Ill; and 5 grandchildren. Services: 1:30 pm Saturday at the Murdoch Chapel in Center Point conducted by Dr Loren T Jenks. Burial: Center Point Cemetery.
